From a newly scanned old slide. This is small, about 5" x 7", late 1990s, and has a great title, which I can't remember.

A great title that you can't remember. Don't worry, we all believe you.
Are there a lot of glazes? Is that what's making the reflections?
This is effective.
I never remember my greatest mental moments. This is very convenient for my ego.
No glazes, just a final fast and wet painting over many previous thicker ones. You know, the ole lean over fat method.
Um, but it's FAT over LEAN.

Yeah, me too. That's why half of what I make is falling to pieces. Well, not proper paintings, actually. No, they just sink. But the collages, the first 30 or so were on corrugated cardboard. NEVER make anything you want to last more than 30 seconds on corrugated cardboard. Or any cardboard, really. Unless you enjoy hating yourself.
I'm afraid to ask which ones, now that I've downloaded and am drooling over them.
