Art Parade

Here are photos from Saturday's "On Procession" art parade. The parade route began at each end of Virginia Avenue, and was to meet over the I-65 overpass. I naively thought the plan was to let the parade run together and crash. This was not the plan. It still made a great visual having it pass in two directions.
This guy on bike with empty gas tanks was very funny - It moved faster and made a different sound from everything else, it was so labor-lax, and yet it made this startling impact.

guy in a sensory deprivation suit receiving transmitted signals - the site which had info on this guy is gone -anyone reading this that knows more?

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe there was nudity.
