I think very pool-centric. I read the room dimensions, everything is very small, except for the living room which is 23' long....than I realised that probably also doubles as the pool room.
I hate to waste a realtor's time, but I would like to see this place.
Inform the agent that you would like to post images of the house on your blog. Your blog that is free advertising across the planet. Only a fool would not let you in to snap pix. And, if they are fools, all the more reason to snap pix.
I think I may do that. It's only about an hour away.
