I am July's featured artist at my uncle's gallery in Shelbyville, IN. It is a local cooperative, called "The Gallery" and is located just south of the downtown circle.
This was about working on a foreign stage. I expected a dramatic new perspective from seeing my work here, but it was kinda anti-climatic. No real spark from interesting juxtapostions.
Yes, I think they'd look better and be easier to take in if they had more of their own space. But at least those lights are directly on them. And they do look good seen all together like this.
