Carla said...: Ha! I'm taking this as validation, hell, make that vindication, not for me, but for this painting. It's one which I kept believing in, even though it was always somewhat dissed by others (usually by dead, awkward "um, show me this other painting" silence). It was the shunned piece in its exhibition, having to endure the oohs and ahhs directed towards surrounding pieces.
